Our Firm’s Next Chapter

After six years of serving our community as PampaninFoster, we’re excited to begin a new chapter as Foster Immigration, a trade name of PampaninFoster, LLC.

Founded by Alan Pampanin in 1986 as Pampanin Law Offices, the firm became PampaninFoster in 2020 when Shaun Foster joined as partner. Following Alan’s retirement in 2024, Shaun assumed leadership.

This transition reflects our continued evolution and longstanding commitment to delivering high-quality immigration services.

We invite you to explore our new website to learn more about our services, meet our team, and schedule a consultation.

From the Attorney - What We’re Watching This Month

As the FY2027 H-1B registration period is now open (3/4 @ 12pm – 3/19 @ 12pm), our team is closely monitoring ongoing developments that may impact employer planning and filing strategy.

While the overall timeline remains consistent, procedural adjustments continue to shape how organizations prepare for cap season.

Early internal preparation—particularly role evaluations and documentation readiness—can help streamline the process and reduce pressure during the registration window.

We will continue tracking agency guidance and sharing practical, timely updates as they become available.

Counting on Success

We’re excited to introduce our Voter Counter! It shows a running total of the U.S. citizens we've had the privilege of guiding through the naturalization process. Each month, we'll share an updated count as we continue supporting new Americans on their journey.

With client permission, we'll also feature occasional stories and photos to celebrate these meaningful milestones and the people behind them. It's an honor to play a small role in such important chapters.

Strikes, Spares & Staff Affairs

This February, the Foster Immigration team took to the lanes and went bowling at Kings Bowling in Lynnfield, MA. It was filled with good food and lots of laughter- congrats to Shaun for winning both games and Katherine for getting the only strike! It was a great reminder that building strong teams also means making time for fun together outside of the office.
